The list evaluates the holistic experience of women in the workplace to determine the regional organisations that provide inclusive environments where gender parity is paramount, and that support equitable access to opportunities regardless of gender.
To be listed, employees across the GCC shared feedback about their organisation's culture, including issues of equal representation, career growth, fairness, trust and camaraderie. In addition to survey responses, organisational demographics were considered. Across Robert Half, women comprise 55% of the global workforce.
